Alyson Jaen

Founder, Jaen Law

Alyson Jaen is the founder of Jaen Law, and she specializes in corporate and business law. After earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, she was in private practice for over a decade in Denver before establishing Jaen Law. She works closely with clients to provide practical, business-focused advice. 

As part of her corporate practice, she regularly assists clients on a variety of matters, including entity formation, partnership agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and complex contract drafting and negotiation. She also has extensive experience in real estate, including negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements for both landlords and tenants in a variety of leasing transactions.

In addition, she works with clients in the cannabis industry and possesses specialized knowledge for a wide range of issues faced by clients in this industry. She has represented clients before the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division, the Denver Department of Excise and Licenses and other local regulatory agencies. Previously, Alyson has served as legal counsel for operating businesses and advised private companies on how to operate in the ever-evolving cannabis space.
